WE TAKE OUR MISSION VERY SERIOUSLY Â – OURSELVES, NOT SO MUCH…

David Park
Online Campus Pastor
David serves as the online campus pastor at Real Life Church. David is passionate about coming alongside people to help discover their own passions and move people towards greater belonging and connection.
David gets to call Christine his bride and partner and together they have three amazing kids; Eliana, Karis and Michael. He grew up in Los Angeles where he spent his first 12 years in ministry before God called him and his family as missionaries to Mongolia. After following the ministry of the local church back to Los Angeles and to Las Vegas, he has found himself back in Santa Clarita to bring and create new experiences of ministry online.
The increasingly digital landscape of today’s culture presents the church with an unparalleled and unlimited opportunity to introduce Jesus to people far from him.
Kevin Finkbiner
Valencia Campus Pastor
Kevin was born and raised in Southern California. Feeling a call to ministry in college, he spent six years pioneering college campus ministry work on university campuses in Northern California. When an opportunity to lead a church in Northern California came about, he spent 11 additional years leading that church community until God called him back to Southern California to as the Valencia Campus Pastor at Real Life Church.
Kevin’s role at Real Life is to lead our Valencia staff team as they live-out the vision: helping people find and follow Jesus. He is a down-to-earth communicator and brings a passion for helping people experience a life of purpose, passion and freedom that God had in mind when He designed them.
Kevin is married to Maria, and together they have two children, two dogs and a cat. He is an avid surfer and beach-dweller, a Chicago Bears fan (which is also a prayer request), a dad-joke-teller, and a seeker of adventure and fun.
Matt Grubb
Simi Valley Campus Pastor
Matt is the campus pastor at our Simi Valley Campus and has a heart for the community and surrounding areas. He was born and raised in the Lone Star state of Texas. Although he left “God’s Country,” he loves his new home on the Left Coast. Matt is married to his amazing wife, Sarah Lynn, and has two amazing children, Enoch and Indie. He is passionate about sharing the love of Jesus, music, and making memorable moments.
Philip Davis
Canyon Country Campus Pastor
Philip serves as the Campus Pastor at the Canyon Country campus. Philip served in the Midwest for the first eight years of ministry and saw God opening a door to come to California, which he and his family were excited to take. His role is to help the Canyon Country staff live out RLC’s vision. He’s passionate about developing leaders, especially of the next generation.
Philip is a down-to-earth guy who loves to communicate and has a great passion to help people find and follow Jesus. Growing up, Philip didn’t attend church. He rode bulls in the rodeo in middle and high school and that’s where his relationship with Jesus began. That’s even where he taught about Jesus for the first time in front of the grandstands at a high school rodeo. That day clarified the direction in Philip’s life and he’s been developing that passion ever since.
He and his wife, Sara have a fun and energetic little girl named Callianne. They enjoy family beach days, finding new places to eat (they would consider themselves “foodies”), CrossFit, adventure, and cooking.
