Jake Barker brings over 20 years of ministry experience to his role as Lead Pastor at Real Life Church. Throughout his career, Jake has held key roles including Executive Pastor and Church Planter, growing a deep passion for helping others. Jake’s heart beats for the mission of Helping People Find and Follow Jesus, a vision he is excited to continue at Real Life Church.

Kelli Bradley
Executive Pastor
Leadership & Ministry

Kelli Bradley recently joined our staff as the Executive Pastor of Leadership and Ministry. Kelli spent twenty-five years leading at the Dream Center LA where she oversaw ministries, developed leaders, and managed the residential program for under-resourced families and individuals. In her short time at Real Life, Kelli and her family of 4 have fallen in love with the church and the mission.

Kye (pronounced “K”) Chung is our Executive Pastor of Strategic Advancement. Kye and his family have been a part of Real Life for many years. Kye brings extensive ministry experience to the team. He also helps lead the Growmentum Group, a consultancy that helps churches grow in strategic effectiveness.
