Apply

In the apply phase, our desire is for people to feel welcome, connected and valued. Each applying candidate will be guided through the process so RLC can get to know them and they can get to know RLC. 

Assess

In the asses phase, our desire is that the applying volunteer has a conversation with a leader to help them identify their next steps as a volunteer. 

Acclimate

In the acclimate phase, our desire is for the new volunteer to be oriented to serve in a specific RLC ministry position.
