From Transformation to Information

Whatever we invest our time, money, effort, and energy into is what we get back. This is called the law of returns and we conceptualize and describe this in many different ways. One of the most familiar ways it has been described is “we reap what we sow.” But how do we do this? One of the biggest lies about how to achieve real transformation in our faith and life pertains to doing so through knowledge alone. However, knowledge without application is empty and gets us nowhere close to where we want to be. We cannot simply settle with information without the application, otherwise, we will never get transformation. It’s not enough to simply listen to what Jesus says, we must put it into practice.
