A NEW SONG FROM REAL LIFE CHURCH MUSIC CREATED FOR WHAT WE ARE ASKING GOD TO DO IN THIS SEASON!

RICKY JENKINS | GUEST TEACHER | OCTOBER 3
Ricky Jenkins is the Senior Pastor of Southwest Church in Indian Wells, CA. Southwest is a thriving community of believers compelled by its vision to be a Gospel-Centered, Multiethnic, Intergenerational church that LOVES Discipleship! Fueled by Acts 20:28, Ricky is called to pursue God passionately and pursue God’s people compassionately for the glory and honor of Jesus Christ. With a shepherd’s heart, Ricky’s preaching weaves together biblical exposition, vivid illustration, heartfelt application, and an extra helping of humor with which to convey the glorious gospel of Jesus Christ.

ALEXANDER PAPPAS | GUEST WORSHIP LEADER | OCTOBER 4
Alexander Pappas reimagines inspirational music with his unique infusion of alt-rock and pop influences. Growing up in the small town of Coeur d’Alene, Idaho Pappas drew inspiration from pioneering bands The Killers, Switchfoot, and The 1975. His pursuit of music eventually led him to Sydney, Australia and gained renown as co-frontman of twice GRAMMY-nominated Hillsong Young & Free. During his tenure, Pappas led some of the biggest cries of praise and worship for the next generation, penning iconic, genre-defining youth anthems such as “Alive,” “Wake,” “Real Love,” and “Echo (Elevation Worship)” – songs that have literally changed the world.

JODI HICKERSON | GUEST TEACHER | OCTOBER 4
Jodi Hickerson serves as Teaching Pastor and Programming Director for Mission Church in Ventura, California. Jodi and her husband Mike, along with their three daughters, are a part of the team that planted Mission Church, a Real Life Church plant in September of 2011, which continues to be the adventure they cannot imagine missing. Mission Church is a community of people committed to offering tangible hope, extending practical help, participating in significant ministry, throwing great parties & making a kingdom impact with their lives.

DUDLEY RUTHERFORD | GUEST TEACHER | OCTOBER 5
As the lead pastor of Shepherd Church, Dudley Rutherford is passionate about preaching God’s Word without compromise, leading people to a saving relationship with Jesus Christ, and lifting Him up that the world might believe. Dudley began his ministry in the Midwest and moved to Northridge, California in 1987 to become the pastor of Hillcrest Christian Church. In 1995, Hillcrest merged with Shepherd of the Hills and became the present-day Shepherd Church. Today, the church has grown to 12,000 people with 10 different worship services each weekend across four locations in the Greater Los Angeles area. Shepherd Church has been called “the most racially diverse church in Los Angeles” by the city’s mayor.
